Large Glass Fiber Corporation
Core business: telecommunications
They tender the construction of fiber-optic networks to subcontractors. The company connects 1 million customers to this network each year.
Challenge: The construction of these networks is based on an internal data process. The original data process was stored, edited, and reported in Excel spreadsheets with multiple manual mail deliveries in between. This solution was not scalable.
Solution: We created a platform based on the data flow that optimizes the entire planning process. The users were provided with the features needed to manage both the data flow and data process, including automated (mail) notifications and dashboards.
